Is Domla a fatwa service?
No. Domla is an AI-powered Islamic knowledge assistant for education. It is not a fatwa service and does not replace qualified scholars. Always consult a qualified scholar for personal rulings.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. Cancel from Settings > [Your name] > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via your app store.
Can I request a copy of my data?
Yes. Email privacy@domla.ai. We respond within 30 days under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
